the room showed some wear the carpet had stains i noticed a cleaning product odor was pretty strong it lingered. breakfast variety decreased each day. the shower drain seemed to have stagnant water with unpleasant smell in the bathroom

The room definitely showed its age (i suspect it had stories to tell). the furniture felt dated, and there was a noticeable stain on the carpet. to make matters worse, i struggled with the shower to get the water temperature just right. It was either freezing or scalding hot, with no in-between. this.
